PricingEach item is listed with the price including VAT. Your shopping basket shows the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping basket depending on your chosen payment method. Shipping conditions are stated in the shopping basket.
HolidayPhone AB is a Swedish limited company. When paying using credit card online, we do not have access to your credit card information, or in any other way store your credit card details.

HolidayPhone understands the importance of fast processing and delivery and we ship quickly to your home address, or directly to your address/hotel abroad. Please read more about shipping here »
When purchasing hardware
If you order a phone or dongle along with your HolidayPhone kit, this may be delivered without the box. That way, we can post the telephone in a small envelope and you won't have to pick it up at the post office. This simplifies for our customers, reduces shipping costs, and is more environmentally-friendly.
When purchasing Gevey Ultra
HolidayPhone is an authorized reseller for Applenberry in USA. HolidayPhone can not provide any
support for Applenberry, as we don't have the technical skills required. In the price for the
Gevey Ultra, free support from Applenberry is included in the price.
If you have any questions related to installing or using the product, you must turn directly to
Applenberrys Customer Support team.
You buy, install and use Gevey Ultra at your own risk. HolidayPhone gives no guarantees that the product works, that you are successfull installing it, or can be held responsible for any problems with your Gevey Ultra, phone or other devices related to the installation or usage of Gevey Ultra. HolidayPhone accepts no returns on Gevey Ultra, regardless of cause.
Any returns will be at your own expense and risk, unless the item was defect on arrival, or if the wrong product was delivered. Returns must be sent to us by normal post, not as COD. In the case of an exchange, we will pay for the new delivery back to you.
You have 14 days to cancel your order, from the day you receive it. Cancellation is not accepted if the customer has started to use the service. For services that require personal registration in your name and/or activation of the service, we do not allow order cancellations from the day the service has been registered in your name, or if the service is already registered. If you cancel your order, HolidayPhone has the right to charge up to £7 for costs related to chargeback to your credit card. Consumed shipping fees can not be refunded.
Repayment of cancelled/returned items
HolidayPhone will repay returned or cancelled items to the customer within 30 days after we receive the items returned to us.
Overseas call rates
HolidayPhone's website presents prices for overseas calls based on information provided by our partner operators. HolidayPhone cannot be held responsible for any price errors or changes made by operators without prior notification to HolidayPhone. Our goal is to provide correct information at all times, based on the information provided by our partner operators. Some of the call rates being deducted from your overseas call credit are subject to local taxes, e.g. 7% in Thailand. This will also be deducted from your call credit.
Responsibilities of participating operators
HolidayPhone resells PAYG SIM cards to foreign operators. HolidayPhone is unable to influence, research or troubleshoot the functionality of the foreign operators' networks, and cannot be held responsible for any faults that are attributed to the services provided by our partner operators. In the event of errors or enquiries relating to the foreign operators' function, we would kindly refer you to each respective operator's customer services.

For technical reasons, text messages cannot be redirected from the UK
HolidayPhone can redirect calls from the UK, but not text messages sent to your UK number. However, if you send a text message from abroad, the recipient can text reply to your message. Read more about this under Frequently Asked Questions.
Caller ID on incoming calls may not work in some cases
In some cases, we are not able to display the incoming caller's number, and occasionally an incorrect number may be displayed.
There may be a few extra ring tones before the call is connected
As your phone is being redirected, it can sometimes take a little longer for the incoming call to reach your phone. This only means that the caller will hear a few extra ring tones before you answer.
It is important that the phone you bring on your trip is not locked to a particular operator
As our service is based on you using a foreign SIM card from another provider, it is important that the phone you are taking with you on holiday is not locked to one operator (operator locked). If your phone is locked to an operator, you can of course use an older phone instead, unlock the one you have or buy a cheap temporary holiday mobile phone from any supplier to solve the problem. In the event of circumstances beyond HolidayPhone's reasonable control, for example, in the event of changes to legislation, governmental action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, HolidayPhone's obligation to honour the purchase agreement will be suspended while the circumstance prevails. If the delay exceeds two months, both you and HolidayPhone have the right to terminate the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.
HolidayPhone does not sell, distribute or in any other ways share customers' personal information with any third parties for any reasons.
Any dispute under these Terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
